Our in-house chefs prepare fresh, healthy meals every day using locally sourced ingredients. From colourful smoothies and quinoa salads to comforting cottage pie, every dish is made with care. We introduce children to global flavours, offer Halal options, and cater to all dietary needs—ensuring mealtimes are nutritious, tasty, and inclusive.
At Stepping Stones, we’re lucky to have acres of beautiful outdoor space for children to explore and enjoy. With views of grazing horses, a peaceful lake, forest school sessions, and a dedicated outdoor classroom, nature is at the heart of our learning—every day is an adventure!
We run regular music and dance programmes with external teachers to help develop children’s coordination, rhythm, and confidence. These activities provide a fun and engaging way for children to learn new skills and explore movement. We also welcome a variety of farm animals to the nursery, giving children the chance to interact with and learn about them in a hands-on, memorable way.
I’ve been working in early years for over 10 years, and I absolutely love creating warm, engaging spaces where little ones can explore, learn, and grow. Whether playing outside or learning through play indoors, I enjoy finding fun, creative ways to support each child’s unique journey.
I’ve been a part of the Stepping Stones Nursery team for 9 years, I love my role and bring kindness, care and lots of energy to everything I do, it’s a joy to teach, support and watch the children grow every day.
